Happy Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day

Date:2020-09-30

The moon is especially bright on the fifteenth day of the eighth month of the lunar calendar, the Mid-Autumn Festival is here. The Moon Cake Festival is one of the most important dates of the lunar calendar and this year's National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival are both on the same day. In order to fully experience the charm of the traditional culture of our motherland, and let our children understand the origins of the National Day and the Mid-Autumn Festival, Beijing Hurston Kindergarten held a series of activities with the theme of "Mid-Autumn Festival" and "National Day". Our main objectivity is to let the children feel the joy of traditional festivals!

"The moon is round on the 15th day of the eighth month of the  lunar calendar, and the mooncakes for Mid-Autumn Festival are really fragrant and sweet." The kindergarten children also tried to make mooncakes with their own hands to feel the joy of Mid-Autumn Festival.

The teachers hope to leave a touch of Chinese traditional festivals in the children's childhood, and pass it on from generation to generation.

This year is the 71st birthday of our motherland. The five-star red flag is flag of our nation. The flags made by children all represent patriotic hearts.Through our wonderful artworks, we express our best wishes to our motherland. A burst of beautiful and loud singing is an affectionate tribute to our motherland!

While sharing happiness and delicious food, the children sent blessings to others and received blessing as well, which can help us cultivate the language and communication skills during our days in the kindergarten. The round bright moon represents happiness and reunion, we have felt these beautiful feelings as well.
